This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through liavella.com
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
- Your order should arrive within 10 workings days or sooner
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by location, customs clearance, or courier delays.
- LIAVELLA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs processes.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees in their jurisdiction. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed - refunds will not be issued in these cases.
Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- We are not liable for lost packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
- Title and risk pass to you once goods are delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
- We may restrict or refuse shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses (e.g. P.O. boxes, forwarding services).
- Any such orders may be cancelled and refunded.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
- We will assist you in making a claim with the courier.
- LIAVELLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Liavella piece. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, but if something isn’t right, please review our policy below.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 - 14 business days once the return is received and approved.
- To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unmarked, and returned in full original packaging (including dust bag and branded inserts).
- Returns that show signs of wear, use, handling, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted or refunded.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Damage or defects arising after delivery, including wear, misuse, or accidental damage, are not covered.
Change of Mind
- UK & EU customers: You may cancel within 14 days of delivery in line with consumer law.
- Non-UK/EU customers (including USA): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions.
- Items must be in perfect, resaleable condition with all original packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any import/duty charges incurred on re-entry.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces.
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Products showing any signs of wear, handling, or returned outside the stated timeframe.
How to Start a Return
Email support@liavella.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll provide a return authorisation and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval or outside the policy conditions will be refused and returned to the sender.
